Bunting offers several different types of specialized magnetic separators designed to remove ferromagnetic and paramagnetic metal contamination from material. Designed to integrate into all steps of your process, we offer magnetic separators tailored for handling dry material as well as wet material.
We also offer our unique TN77 Metal Detector, which has been specially designed for installation over large conveyors processing aggregate, mining, and mineral materials. The TN77 allows you to sense and reject ferrous metal, such as tramp iron, paramagnetic metal contamination, and nonferrous metal contamination. Allowing for continuous inspection of material, the TN77 easily installs over existing conveyors to provide a simple and effective metal removal solution.
